Therapy that evolves alongside their development.

Ages 3-8

Child-Centered Play Therapy

Young children communicate and process experiences through play.

Kids often express themselves through play rather than words. Child-Centered Play Therapy provides a safe, accepting environment where children can explore feelings, experiences, relationships, and challenges through their natural language of play. Within a trusting therapeutic relationship, children are supported in developing emotional awareness, confidence, self-regulation, and healthy ways of navigating their world.

Ages 8-12

Play & Activity-Based Therapy

As children grow, therapy expands to include more creative, collaborative, and structured forms of expression.

As children’s play and communication becomes more complex, therapy evolves alongside their development. Sessions may incorporate play, games, creative activities, sandtray, and conversation to support new ways to explore emotions, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop coping skills.

Ages 12-16

Teen Counseling

As adolescents develop a stronger sense of identity & independence, therapy provides a supportive space for reflection, self-discovery, growth, and navigating life’s challenges.

The teen years are a time of significant growth and change. Therapy provides a supportive space where teens can explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences while developing greater self-awareness and confidence. Sessions are tailored to each teen’s needs and interests & may incorporate conversation, creative expression, games, sandtray, and other experiential activities to support meaningful growth and connection.
